Group Sessions and In-Person events are available upon request. Pricing and duration varies, based on the event.
Complimentary Mediumship
Sessions
Limited Complimentary Individual Mediumship Sessions are available monthly. These are 30-minute sessions, conducted over Zoom, and are free of charge. There is no waiting list or advance booking. They are offered on a first come, first served basis and are typically advertised on Instagram & Facebook stories.

What to Expect in a Mediumship Session
Mediumship is a sacred practice of connecting with the spirit world to share messages of comfort, healing, and validation. As a medium, I receive communication in many forms—images, words, emotions, and intuitive knowing. Each session begins with a heartfelt intention to invite in spirit for the highest good of the recipient.
Once a connection is made, I will share specific evidence and impressions that spirit communicates to validate their presence and relay any messages they wish to offer. These messages are always delivered with love and are intended to be uplifting, healing, and empowering.
For individual sessions, I ask that only the person receiving the reading be present in the room. I am a Spirit-led medium, which means I welcome whichever loved ones in spirit choose to step forward. If others are present during the session, the messages may be directed to anyone in the space.

While I cannot guarantee who will come through, spirit always arrives with purpose—guided by love and a desire to offer insight, comfort, and peace. As I bring forward evidence, I’ll ask for simple, honest responses to help validate the connection. We’ll also reserve a few minutes at the end for any questions or reflections.
Cancellation Policy & Refunds
Once a session is purchased, you will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you contact us 72 hours in advance. If you miss your appointment you will not be refunded. In the event we need to reschedule your session, we will expedite your appointment to suit your needs.
Privacy Policy
All sessions are kept confidential. In the event that you request a recorded session, the recording becomes the legal property of With Spirit Leading LLC. You may not publish any recordings of Jaime Alison, With Spirit Leading LLC, without her due consent.
